[Principles of reanimation in managing thoracic injuries].

چکیده
Značaj povreda grudnog koša određuje, pre svega, prisustvo vitalnih organa i struktura smeštenih u grudnoj duplji, njihova učestalost, težina, vitalna ugroženost, smrtnost i mogućnost da se pomogne većini povređenih, ako se na vreme povrede prepoznaju i preduzmu reanimacijske mere i pruži odgovarajuća prva pomoć, a zatim i hirurško lečenje . Kada govorimo o povredama grudnog koša, mislimo u prvom redu na penetrantne i tupe povrede. Cilj ovog rada bio je da se prikažu osnovni patofiziološki procesi u traumi grudnog koša, osnovni principi reanimacije kod takvih povreda na mestu povređivanja i u jedinicama intenzivne nege i ukaže na značaj reanimacijskih mera u zbrinjavanju povređenih. Njihovom primenom stvaraju se uslovi za očuvanje vitalnih funkcija povređenih i ukoliko je potrebno sprovođenje hirurškog lečenja.
